Terms of Service | TickMarker

1. Services

TickMarker provides professional video editing services including YouTube video editing, Reels & Shorts editing, documentary editing, and color grading. Services are provided as described in individual project agreements.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are as listed on our website or as agreed in project proposals. Payment is due as outlined in individual agreements. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

3. Revisions

Each project includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds are available at $40 per round. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

4. Delivery & Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 48 hours for videos up to 15 minutes. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on project complexity. We will communicate any delays promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all edited video files and project files are owned by the client. TickMarker retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellation

Monthly retainer plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. Per-project work can be cancelled before the first cut is delivered for a full refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

TickMarker's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
